About
Sachin Kumar Jain is Deputy Director of the Noise Vibration & Harshness (NVH) Laboratory at the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), Pune. He has 22 years of experience in the analytical and experimental analysis of noise and vibration problems in automotive and non-automotive fields. He developed ARAI's NVH laboratory into a pioneering facility in India offering end-to-end solutions for acoustic materials characterisation, testing, design and simulation to the automotive, genset, building, railway and aerospace industries. He has published and presented more than 30 technical papers at international conferences including ICSV, SIAT and NSA, has guided 15 M.Tech students, and received the Sir C. V. Raman Award from ASI.
